As required by PA 102-1135 (55 ILCS 5/3-5018 and 5/3-5018.1) the County Recorders are required to adopt and implement a recording fee schedule that increases the RHSP fee from $9.00 to $18.00 effective July 1, 2023.

The increase will affect all real estate related documents excluding documents from any State agency, any unit of local government or any school district.
